Match your ground to a tier

Volunteer Land & Brush LLC publishes three service tiers, sorted by how far the land has gone. A fence line gone to briars sits at one end of the scale. Years of honeysuckle over whole acreage sits at the other. Find your ground in the table below, then open the tier page for the full detail.

No prices are published, so every job is scoped to the property in front of us. If you want to know who you would be hiring first, the about page tells it in their own words. If you already know what you have, the contact page takes the property details.

Read the ground first, then pick the tier

Each column answers the same four questions, so you can run your finger across the rows and see where your land lands.

Trees stay. Brush goes.

Every tier is built around taking out brush, vines and invasive growth without unnecessary tree removal. The company describes it as selective clearing with attention to the long-term health of the property, so the trees you want kept are the trees that stay standing.

Their Facebook page also lists forestry mulching and lot preparation next to brush clearing and trail cutting. If your job sounds like one of those, say so when you get in touch.

Questions the company publishes itself

Honeysuckle, trails and land overgrown for years

Each answer points back to the tier that handles it. Open any one to read it.

Light honeysuckle along field edges, fence lines and open ground is part of our Basic Land & Brush Services. Heavy honeysuckle that has taken over a stand of woods falls under Standard trail and selective clearing, or Premium land reclamation when it covers whole acreage.

Cut them back and remove them before they climb further. Vine and briar removal is the core of our Basic tier, and thicker vine and honeysuckle control is built into the Standard tier for moderate overgrowth.

Selective clearing. We focus on removing the brush, vines and undergrowth rather than the trees, with careful attention to the long-term health of the property. It is a practical, cost-effective solution without unnecessary tree removal.
